Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement

TOOLS REQUIRED

J 39400-A Halogen Leak Detector

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
2. Remove the right front fender liner.
3. Disconnect the evaporator hose assembly from the evaporator.
4. Remove and discard the seal washer.

5. Remove the bolt holding the evaporator hose assembly to the condenser.
6. Remove the evaporator hose assembly from the condenser.
7. Remove and discard the Seal washer.
