10. Remove the inside door handle rods from the lock.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the inside door handle rods to the lock (1).
2. Install the front door window guides to the lock assembly.
3. Connect the electrical connectors.
4. Install the door lock in position through the access hole in the door inner panel.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
5. Install the door lock screws in the proper fastener tightening sequence. First install the top screw (1), then the bottom screw (2) and lastly the
middle screw (3).
Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
