Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Use a M6x1 TORX(R) head bit in order to install the power steering assist motor bolts (1) and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
4. Connect the power steering assist motor sensor wire harness (3) to the power steering assist motor (2).
5. Install the power steering assist motor sensor wire harness strap clip (4) to the power steering assist motor.
6. Perform the control module setup. Refer to Control Module References (See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning).
