INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 

1. Install the brake pipe(s) to the vehicle.
2. Secure the brake pipes with the guide brackets. 

NOTICE: Refer to Service Precautions. 

3. Install the fitting nuts at the proportioning valve.

Tighten the brake pipe fitting nuts to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.) 

4. Install three brake fluid/fuel pipe guard plates. Secure the guard plates with nuts.

Tighten the brake fluid/fuel pipe guard plate nuts to 14 N m (124 inch lbs.). 

5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Flush and bleed the brake system.
