Blower Motor: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the powertrain control module. 
2. Disconnect the blower motor and the blower motor resistor electrical connectors.

3. Disconnect the fresh/recirc control cable (3) from the blower case (4).

4. Remove the 3 bolts (1).
5. Remove the blower case from the vehicle.

6. Disconnect the air hose between the. blower motor and the blower case.
7. Remove the 3 screws (1) and the blower motor (3) from the blower case.
