9. Apply lithium grease to the shift select cable clevis pin.
10. Connect the shift select cable to the selector lever. Secure the cable with the clevis pin and the retainer clip.
11. Install the manual selector cover (12) to the selector lever (6). Secure the cover with 2 screws.
12. Install the manual selector cover illumination lamp bulb socket to the cover.
13. Install the console into the vehicle. Secure the console with 6 screws.
14. Connect the selector lever knob to the selector lever. Secure the knob with 2 screws.
15. Inspect the shift select cable using the following procedure:

With the ignition switch in the OFF position and the selector lever in the P position, attempt to manually push the vehicle. The vehicle should
not move.

Verify that the vehicle cannot be driven in the N position.
^
Verify that the vehicle can be driven in the D, 2, and L positions.
^
Verify that the vehicle can reverse drive in the R position.
16. Install the rear console into the vehicle.
17. Install the center console into the vehicle.
18. Install the 6 screws into the console (1,2,3,4,5,6).
