Metro L3-061 1.0L VIN 6 TBI (1998)
1. Apply tension to the free end of the clutch pedal return spring (7) when positioning into the clutch and brake pedal bracket (3).
2. Apply lithium grease to the bushings.
3. Install the clutch pedal assembly into the clutch and the brake pedal bracket.
4. Install the clutch pedal shaft bolt (4) and the nut (14) into the clutch and the brake pedal bracket.

Tighten the clutch pedal shaft bolt and nut to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
5. Install the clutch cable clevis onto the clutch pedal lever.
6. Install the clutch cable adjustment nut onto the clutch cable end at the clutch release lever.
