Transmission Mount: Service and Repair
Transaxle Mount Replacement (Left)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
2. Remove the following components from the vehicle:

The 5 left splash shield retainer clips

Remove the left splash shield.

3. Support the transaxle with a suitable hydraulic jack.
4. Remove the two retaining nuts (2) from the left transaxle mount.

5. Remove the through bolt (1) from the left transaxle mount (4).
6. Lower the transaxle slightly until the left transaxle bracket (6) is clear of the left transaxle mounting studs.
7. Remove the left transaxle mount from the vehicle.
