AIR Pipe

AIR Pump

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the right front wheel assembly.
3. Remove the right inner fender access cover.
4. Remove the hose/clamp from the right bank check valve.
5. Remove the hose/clamp from the left bank check valve.
6. Remove the feed pipe assembly retaining clips and bolts.
7. Remove the hose/clamp connecting the AIR feed pipe assembly to the AIR pump.
8. Remove the feed pipe assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1.

Install the AIR feed pipe assembly.

2.

Install the feed pipe assembly retaining clips and bolts.

Tighten
Bolts to 8 Nm (70 lb in).

3.

Install the hose/clamp to the left bank check valve.

4.

Install the hose/clamp to the right bank check valve.

5.

Install the hose/clamp connecting the AIR feed pipe to the AIR pump assembly.

6.

Install the right inner fender access cover.

7.

Install the right front wheel and tire assembly.

Tighten
Wheel lug nuts to 140 Nm (104 lb ft).

8.

Lower the vehicle.
