Power Door Lock Switch: Removal and Replacement

Door Lock Switch Replacement (Monte Carlo)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the inside door handle bezel. Refer to Door Inside Handle Bezel Replacement (Impala)   (See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front

2. Remove the power door lock switch from the inside door handle bezel using a small, flat-bladed tool in order to release the retainers.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the power door lock switch.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the power door lock switch to the inside door handle bezel pressing into place until fully seated.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the power door lock switch.
