Monte Carlo V6-3.4L VIN E (2000)
Tighten the intermediate steering shaft lower pinch bolt to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
7. Install the intermediate steering shaft seal onto the power steering gear.
8. Install the Tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
9. Lower the vehicle.
10. Install the left instrument panel insulator. Refer to Insulator Replacement - IP (Left) or Insulator Replacement - IS (Right) in Instrument Panel,
