Monte Carlo V6-3.8L VIN K (1998)
1. Attach the outside door handle rod to the door handle (2, 3).
2. Install the outside door handle and the rod to the door (2, 3).
3. Install the rivets securing the outside door handle to the door (2).
4. Snap a new outside handle rod-to-lock clip onto the door lock lever.
5. Position the outside door handle rod in the clip to remove any free play to the outside door handle.
6. Snap the clip cover closed over the threaded outside door handle rod.
7. Install the water deflector.
8. Install the trim panel.
