Throttle Cable/Linkage: Service and Repair
Accelerator Control Cable Bracket Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair.
2. Rotate the throttle lever.
3. Disconnect the cruise control cable (1) from the bracket (2).
4. Disconnect the accelerator cable (2) from the bracket (1).
