Generator Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

The CS13OD generator is serviced as a complete unit only. The CS144 generator is serviceable internally.

CAUTION:

Refer to SIR Handling Caution in Cautions and Notices.

Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Disconnect the battery ground (negative) cable.
2. Remove the drive belt.
3. Remove the generator front brace.

4. Remove the electrical connector from the generator.

5. Remove the bolts from the generator.
