1.
Remove A/C module as outlined.
2.
Remove thermistor retaining screw and thermistor, Fig. 6.
3.
Remove clamps and 2 screws joining evaporator case, then remove lower case.
4.
Remove 2 screws securing upper case to evaporator.
5.
Remove heat insulator and clamp from outlet tube.
6.
Remove Inlet tube from expansion valve and expansion valve from evaporator.
7.
Remove pressure switch.
8.
Reverse procedure to install.
