Heater Core: Service and Repair
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the HVAC module assembly from the vehicle. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair
2. Remove the four screws.
3. Remove the two heater core mounting brackets.
4. Remove the heater core from the HVAC module assembly.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the heater core to the HVAC module assembly. Secure with the two mounting brackets and four screws.
2. Install the HVAC module assembly to the vehicle.
