4. Remove the front floor console.
5. Disconnect the following instrument panel electrical connectors

Powertrain Control Module (PCM) C1

The noise filter
6. Remove the harness from the interior of the vehicle. Push the harness through the bulkhead grommet into the engine compartment.
7. Disconnect the harness retaining clips.
8. Remove the harness from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the harness to the vehicle.
2. Connect the harness retaining clips.
3. Install the harness to the interior of the vehicle. Push the harness through the bulkhead grommet into the interior of the vehicle.
4. Connect the following instrument panel electrical connectors:

5. Install the front floor console.
6. Connect the following underhood electrical connectors:

The generator
^
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) sender

The crankshaft position sensor

The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor

The camshaft position sensor
^
The 4 fuel injectors
^
The idle air control (IAC) valve
^
The throttle position sensor (TPS)
^

^
The starter connector
^
The starter wire
^
C101 (A/C compressor clutch) if equipped
^
The battery positive wire from the battery positive terminal
^
