3. New O-ring seal.

Coat O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
4. Hose assembly (3) to accumulator (6).

Tighten hose assembly (3) to 41 Nm (30 lbs. ft.).
5. Sealing washers.
6. Hose assembly (3) to compressor (1).
7. Washer (8) and bolt (7).
-
Tighten bolt (7) to 34 Nm (25 lbs. ft.).
8. Negative battery cable.
9. Refrigerant to the system.

Check the system for leaks.
