Wiper Gear Box: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove windshield wiper arms.
3.
Remove cowl vent and grille.
4.
Remove motor assembly to wiper linkage retaining nut.
5.
Remove screws securing wiper linkage to cowl panel and lift out linkage.
6.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque all attaching fasteners to 49 to 80 inch lbs.
