Front Disc Brake Pad life is directly related to individual driving methods and environment.
Owner drive cycles that are primarily urban stop and go use can cause rapid wear of the front disc brake pads in relatively short mileage accumulation
periods.
A new design Disc Brake Pad Kit, P/N 15030115, is now available that provides longer life when vehicle use is as described above.
Important:
When any brake service is performed, cleaning and lubing all metal to metal contact points (i.e.; caliper to knuckle, pad to knuckle, etc.) should be
part of the normal process. Also, caliper clearances must be checked and, if required, corrected.
