Radiator: Service and Repair
Cooling System
1. Drain coolant from radiator, then disconnect upper coolant reservoir hose.
2. Remove upper fan shroud bolts, then the shroud.
3. Disconnect and plug transmission fluid cooler lines.
4. Disconnect and plug engine oil cooler lines.
5. Raise and support vehicle, then disconnect lower radiator hose.
6. Disconnect heater hose and coolant overflow hose from radiator.
7. Remove radiator.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
