REMOVAL
1. Remove lower filler panel.
2. Remove left side A/C duct as necessary.
3. Remove push rod from clutch pedal.
4. Remove actuator cylinder hydraulic tube from master cylinder by driving out hydraulic tube to master cylinder pin using 7/64 inch punch.
5. Remove master cylinder from cowl panel, rotating 45 degrees clockwise, Fig. 2.
INSTALLATION
1. Install master cylinder to cowl panel by holding master cylinder at 45 degree angle and rotating counterclockwise. Use care not to over rotate
master cylinder or damage may occur.
2. Install actuator cylinder hydraulic tube to master cylinder using new retaining pin and quad seal.
3. Install push rod, then the retainer to clutch pedal.
4. Install lower lefthand side air conditioning duct, then the lower filler panel.
5. Fill reservoir with GM Delco Supreme No. II Brake Fluid or equivalent, then bleed system.
