It has been determined that some 1985 Chevrolet S/T Trucks or Blazer vehicles with 2.8L (RPO LR2) (California Only) engine may exhibit an exhaust
leak. This condition may be caused by an inadequate seal(s) between the exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe.

Chevrolet has issued the attached Chevrolet Dealer Service Bulletin No. 85-225-6F which provides the procedure to properly correct this condition.

This Special Policy Adjustment Bulletin should be filed in the three-ring binder previously furnished by General Motors.

Please communicate this information to your Service Manager and other involved employes.
