Backup Lamp Switch Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle. If equipped with a 6.6L engine, disconnect the backup lamp
switch electrical connector (3).
2. If equipped with a 8.1L engine, disconnect the backup lamp switch electrical connector (4).
3. Remove the backup lamp switch.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the backup lamp switch.

Tighten the switch to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
