Silverado 1500 2WD V8-5.3L Hybrid (2004)
2. Install the power cable nuts (1) to battery 3 and the HCC.
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
3. Install the ESB intermediate cover.

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the energy storage box (ESB) intermediate cover.
2. Remove the 42-volt positive/negative cable retainer nuts, and retainer.
