Silverado 1500 4WD V8-5.3L VIN Z Flex Fuel (2005)
Install the transmission range selector cable bracket bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the transmission range selector cable to the bracket (2) and the lever.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Check the vehicle for proper operation. If adjustment of the cable is necessary.
