3. Install the fill plug (1) and tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb ft).
4. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair) in General Information.
2. Remove the fill plug.
3. Remove the rear axle drain plug.
4. Drain the lubricant into a suitable container.
