Silverado 1500 4WD V8-6.2L (2010)
9. Install the oil filter.
10. Install the upper oil pan. Refer to Upper Oil Pan Replacement ().
11. Install a NEW gasket to the turbocharger oil return pipe.
12. Install the turbocharger oil return pipe to flywheel housing nuts.
Tighten the nuts to 21 Nm (15 lb ft).
13. Install the crankshaft rear oil seal. Refer to Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Seals and
Gaskets/Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal/Service and Repair).
14. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service
and Repair)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair).
