10. If necessary, remove the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement   (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air

Induction/Turbocharger/Service and Repair/Turbocharger Replacement).

11. If necessary, remove the coolant outlet pipe clip bolt (3) from the turbocharger.
12. If necessary, remove the coolant outlet pipe.

Installation Procedure

1. If necessary, install the coolant outlet pipe.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. If necessary, install the coolant outlet pipe clip bolt (3) to the turbocharger.

Tighten the bolt to 9 Nm (80 lb in).

3. If necessary, install the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement   (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air

Induction/Turbocharger/Service and Repair/Turbocharger Replacement).
