7. Position the exhaust manifold heat shield (2) to the manifold and install the bolts (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
8. Install the steering shaft coupling to the intermediate shaft.
9. Install the steering shaft coupling nut (1) and bolt (2) at the steering shaft coupling and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb in).
10. Install the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet) (See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front

11. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air
Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Intercooler Duct/Service and Repair/Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement).
12. Lower the vehicle.
