Silverado 2500 4WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Install the power steering gear inlet hose (2) to the vehicle.
2. Connect the power steering gear inlet hose (4) to the steering gear.
Tighten the fitting to 32 Nm (24 lb ft).
3. Install the power steering gear inlet hose clip bolt (3).
Tighten the bolt to 12 Nm (106 lb in).
4. Connect the power steering gear inlet hose (1) to the power brake booster.
Tighten the fitting to 32 Nm (24 lb ft).
5. Clean any excess power steering fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans.
6. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding (See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power
Steering/Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair).
