Silverado 2500 4WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Remove the caps from the fuel and vent holes in the fuel tank.
2. Install the fuel fill and vent hoses to the tank.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Tighten the fuel fill and vent hose clamps (1, 2) at the tank.
Tighten the clamp to 2.5 Nm (22 lb in).
4. Connect the fuel feed and pressure balance rear lines. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (See: Fuel Line Coupler/Service and
Repair/Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
