Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement (Visteon)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.
3. Remove the screws from the evaporator cover (1).

4. Remove the evaporator cover (1) from the HVAC module assembly.
