Silverado Classic 2500 4WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2007)
Installation Procedure
1. If necessary, install the coolant outlet pipe.
2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
If necessary, install the coolant outlet pipe clip bolt (3) to the turbocharger.
Tighten the bolt to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).
3. If necessary, install the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement (RPOs LBZ/LLY).
4. Install the turbocharger coolant outlet pipe bolt and nut.
Tighten the bolt/nut to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).
