19. Remove the lower support bracket fastener (1).
20. Remove the lower support bracket (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Loosely install the lower support bracket, mid-support mounting bracket, and upper guard support bracket with corresponding fasteners to the

vehicle.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Tighten the lower support bracket (1).

Tighten the bolt to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
