Note:

The vehicle must be at least 32°F (0 C°) or warmer before performing the set up procedures below. Use a contact thermometer or an infrared
temperature gun to measure the temperature.

Using the Tech 2(R) scan tool, perform the EBCM Relearn using the steps below:

1.

Select Diagnostics.

2.

Build the appropriate vehicle information.

3.

Select Chassis.

4.

Select if the vehicle is equipped with Magnetic Ride Control Suspension Package (RPO Z95).

5.

Select Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM).

6.

Select Module Setup as shown.

Note:

The Acceleration Sensor Reset (Yaw/Lat Sensor) and the BMC Primary Piston Position Relearn that is listed under module setup will not need
to be performed because the two relearns are being performed during the EBCM Relearn.

7.

Select the EBCM Relearn.

8.

Start the engine with the transmission in the Park position. Do Not apply the brake pedal during the Relearn.

The Tech 2(R) screen will have a soft key labeled "RESET". Press the Tech 2(R) soft key and the screen will read " *Procedure in Progress*" for
20-25 seconds.

The screen should read "Process Complete" as shown. If the Relearn fails, you need to clear all codes and repeat the entire EBCM Relearn
Procedure.

2.

At this point the relearn is not completed; you need to WAIT an additional 50 seconds without depressing the brake pedal.

3.

Clear all the DTCs from the PCM and the EBCM.
