4. Assemble the 2 NEW copper brake hose gaskets to the brake hose bolt and brake hose.
5. Install the brake hose to caliper bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

6. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)  (See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair)Hydraulic

7. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation   .
8. Fill the master cylinder reservoir to the proper level with clean brake fluid, if necessary. Refer to Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling  (See: Brake

Master Cylinder/Service and Repair/Procedures/Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling) .

Caution:  Refer to Brake Dust Caution   .

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   .
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation   .

Notice:  Support the brake caliper with heavy mechanic wire, or equivalent, whenever it is separated from its mount and the hydraulic flexible
brake hose is still connected. Failure to support the caliper in this manner will cause the flexible brake hose to bear the weight of the caliper, which
may cause damage to the brake hose and in turn may cause a brake fluid leak.

3. Without disconnecting the brake hose from the caliper, remove the caliper and support with heavy mechanics wire or equivalent. Refer to Front

Important:  Note the location of the brake pads to aid installation.

4. Remove the brake pads and springs..

5. Remove the brake caliper bracket mounting bolts.
