Drilling The Upper Ball Joint Rivets
B. Use a 3.175 mm (1/8-inch) drill to cut a 6.35 mm (1/4-inch) deep hole in the center of each rivet.
Drilling The Upper Ball Joint Heads
C. Drill the rivet heads away using a 12.7 mm (1/2-inch) drill.
Removing The Upper Ball Joint Rivets
D. Using a pin punch remove the rivets.
