7. Return the rear seat back cushion (1) to the upright position.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat head restraints and guides. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement  (See: Head Rest/Service and Repair/Rear Seat

Head Restraint Replacement) .

2. Remove the rear seat back cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement (2 Door)  (See: Rear Seat Back Replacement (2 Door)) .
3. Unscrew the rear seat back cushion latch release knob (2) from each rear seat back hinge rod.

4. Release the J-retainer (2) along the bottom of the seat back cushion (1).
