Tracker 2WD L4-1.6L VIN 6 (2000)
Tighten the front seat back cushion mounting bolts to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).
2. Roll the seat back cushion cover (1) onto the seat back cushion pad and frame.
3. Secure the J-retainer (2) on the bottom of the seat back cushion cover (1) around the seat adjuster lateral rod (3).
4. Install the front seat head restraint and the guides. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement (See: Head Rest/Service and Repair/Front Seat
Head Restraint Replacement) .
5. Install the front seat outer adjuster finish cover. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement (Outer) (See: Service and
Repair/Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement (Outer))Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement (Inner) (See: Service

6. Install the front seat inner adjuster finish cover. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement (Outer) (See: Service and
Repair/Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement (Outer))Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement (Inner) (See: Service

7. Install the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket (See: Service and Repair/Front Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
