3. Remove the Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and Remove the electrical connector (6).
4. Remove the SDM fasteners (1,2).
5. Remove the SDM (5) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the SDM (5) into the vehicle, taking care to ensure that the arrow is pointing toward the front of the vehicle.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the SDM fasteners (1,2).
