Tracker 2WD L4-1.6L VIN 6 (2000)
1. Install the sliding yoke (1) into the transmission with the two piece propeller shaft assembly.
2. Ensure that the sliding yoke splines are lubricated.
3. Align the mid shaft bearing support 90 degrees to the propeller shaft center lines.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice Service Precautions.
4. Install the mid shaft bearing support bolts (1,2).

Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the pinion flange yoke (4) to the differential pinion flange (3) with the reference marks (2). Secure the pinion flange yoke with 4 bolts and 4
nuts and lock washers.

Tighten the propeller shaft bolts and nuts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
6. Lower the vehicle.
