Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
2. Remove the front side marker lamps. Refer to Front Side Marker Lamp Replacement.
3. Remove the 7 plastic retainers along the top which secure the front bumper fascia.
4. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
5. Remove the bolt (1) and the plastic retainer (3) which secure the front bumper fascia (2) at each side.

6. Remove the 3 bolts (2) which secure the front bumper fascia (1) along the bottom.
7. Slide forward and remove the front bumper fascia (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the front bumper fascia (1) to the vehicle. Ensure that the front side marker lamps wiring harness is routed into position. Secure the fascia

with the 3 bolts (2) along the bottom.

Tighten the front bumper fascia bolts to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
