6. Install the rear license plate housing to the endgate panel. Ensure that the plastic retainers are fully engaged.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

7. Install the 2 bolts (1) which secure the rear license plate housing.

Tighten the rear license plate housing mounting bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

8. Install the rear license plate to the housing. Secure the license plate with the 2 screws.
9. Install the endgate water deflector.

10. Install the endgate trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Tailgate/Tailgate Interior Trim Panel/Service and Repair) in Body
