Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement (4 Door)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket  (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Replacement - Bucket) in Seats.
2. Remove the rear floor console. Refer to Rear Floor Console Replacement  (See: Console/Service and Repair/Rear Floor Console Replacement) in

Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

3. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement  (See: Console/Service and Repair/Front Floor Console Replacement)

in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

4. Remove the front floor foot rest. Refer to Foot Rest Replacement  (See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Foot Rest Replacement) .
5. Remove the following components from the vehicle:

1. The 3 plastic retainers (2)
2. The front side door sill trim plate (1)

6. Remove the body hinge pillar trim panels. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side  (See: Trim Panel/Service and

Repair/Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (Left )) and Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side  (See: Trim Panel/Service
and Repair/Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (Right)) .

7. Remove the following components from the vehicle:

1. The 3 plastic retainers
2. The rear side door sill trim plate

8. Remove the lower center pillar trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement (4 Door)  (See: Trim Panel/Service and

Repair/Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement (4 Door)) .

9. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement (2 Door)  (See: Seats/Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Rear Seat Cushion

Door)) in Seats.

10. Remove the 2 plastic retainers (2) that retain each side of the front floor panel carpet (1) to the bulkhead.
