Tracker 4WD V6-2.5L VIN 4 (2001)
1. Lubricate new grommets (3) with Delco Supreme 11 brake fluid, GM P/N 12377967, or equivalent DOT-3 brake fluid. Press-fit the grommets to
the master cylinder (4), and seat the grommets in place.
2. Install the reservoir to the master cylinder.
Important: Insert the reservoir pin until both of its ends at the right and the left of the reservoir become the same length.
3. Install the reservoir pin (5) or the screw, as applicable.
4. Install the reservoir diaphragm.
5. Fill the reservoir. Refer to Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling.
6. Install the reservoir cap (1).
7. Inspect for fluid leakage.
8. Connect the reservoir fluid level connector (2).
