3. If the vehicle has an automatic transmission, disconnect the power neutral switch connector.
4. If the vehicle has an auxiliary power outlet, disconnect the auxiliary power outlet connector.
5. Disconnect the park brake switch connector (10).
6. Remove the park brake cable lock nut (1).
7. Remove the right park brake cable from the equalizer.
8. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
9. Remove the right rear tire and wheel assembly.
10. Remove the right brake drum. Refer to Brake Drum Replacement.
11. Turn the shoe hold down pins (1) in order to release the shoe hold down springs (2).
12. Remove the shoe hold down springs.
