TrailBlazer 2WD V8-5.3L (2007)
1. Install the power steering cooler to the radiator support.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
2. Install the power steering cooler mounting bolts.
Tighten the power steering cooler mounting to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
3. Connect the power steering cooler hoses to the power steering cooler.
4. Install the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Envoy) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Rainier) Front Bumper Fascia
Replacement (TrailBlazer).
5. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding.
