9. Connect the outer tie rods to the steering knuckles.

10. Install the outer tie rods to steering knuckles retaining nuts.

Tighten the outer tie rods to steering knuckles retaining nuts to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).

11. Install the tires and wheels. 
12. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
13. Lower the vehicle.
14. Bleed the power steering system. 
15. It is not necessary to adjust the front toe unless a tie rod end or the steering gear has been replaced. 
16. Lower the vehicle.
