Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT:  The sunroof must be in the fully closed position prior to removing the glass panel.

1. Open the sunshade panel.
2. Remove the 4 screws (2) that retain the glass panel (1) to the sunroof assembly.
3. Remove the glass panel from the top of the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Position the glass panel (1) to the vehicle.
2. Install the screws (2) that retain the glass panel (1) to the sunroof assembly.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Adjust the glass panel height so that the glass is flush with the roof panel.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
